BOSS LADY ECONOMIC PLANNING &
DEVELOPMENT WORKFORCE TRANSPORTATION

Boss Lady Economic Planning Development Workforce Transportation was created by Dr Pam Chatman aka Boss Lady to help Families with resources that assist them with fighting poverty in the Mississippi Delta which is a Nonprofit organization. In 2018 a partnership was created with Boss Lady, Delta Bus Lines and FedEx Express at the Hub in Memphis Tn providing substantial job opportunities to rural families across several communities across the delta. Providing over 1000 plus workforce transportation jobs with “Free” transportation to and from FedEx Express and FedEx Ground. These jobs provided applicants who were once homeless and struggling to take care of their families to now provide sustainable incomes with benefits to provide them with providing better living conditions such as housing, food and health. From there she and her team worked towards to helping families with food insecurity in Rural communities. A partnership was created to provide healthy food boxes in over 40 plus cities across the state of Mississippi through partnership and funding from Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi. With their support of their organization and Keith Fulcher we have been to assist communities and families in every walk of life by providing them with food,clothing, sports equipment, school supplies, disaster assistance, community emergency assistance, housing repair, propane assistance And PPE equipment.
